¿NO HACES PESO MUERTO? 10 RAZONES POR LAS QUE DEBERIAS



El peso muerto es parte de un entrenamiento de fuerza, es exigente. Se trabajan varios grupos de músculos. Y si se realiza de la manera adecuada no sobrecargando los músculos se podrá obtener muchos beneficios. El peso muerto, si se hace de forma correcta aumentara tu masa muscular de forma única mientras aumenta la fuerza de tus músculos principales.
El peso muerto crea la parte de arriba y de abajo de tu cuerpo como ningún otro movimiento y te lo demostraremos a continuación.

 
1.- EL PESO MUERTO TE AYUDA A QUEMAR GRASA
Las personas que hacen algún tipo de ejercicio de pesas queman más grasa en 12 semanas que las personas que hacen solo ejercicio cardiovascular o las que solo hacen dieta. Los ejercicios de pesas y de resistencia te ayudan a quemar más grasa que solo hacer dieta o hacer dieta con ejercicio cardiovascular.

2.- ES IDEAL PARA LA CONSTRUCCION DE MASA MUSCULAR
 El levantamiento de pesas desarrolla tus músculos. Pero como se ha mencionado, el peso muerto trabaja un gran grupo de músculos, sin duda, casi todo el cuerpo se está ejerciendo, por lo que comienza una eficaz construcción de los músculos. Además, el beneficio no solo es este, sino que además tendrás tono muscular. En espalda superior, miembros superiores, glúteos.





3.- SIRVE COMO UNA FORMA DE REHABILITACION
Aunque suene extraño, hacer peso muerto, puede tener muchos beneficios para la zona lumbar, cualesquiera que hayan sido las razones por las que se haya sufrido una lesión, el peso muerto puede funcionar para aliviar los síntomas o molestias en rodilla, espalda, ingle, sin embargo, para poder beneficiarse con esto, es necesario la supervisión de un experto, que pueda aconsejar los ejercicios adecuados.

4.- AYUDA A MEJORAR TU POSTURA
Si bien, hacer peso muerto requiere un gran esfuerzo, disciplina y exigencia. Es una forma muy práctica de ejercitarse ya que requiere el uso mínimo equipo de levantamiento de pesas. El equipo que se requiere es una barra con pesas. Pero si es importante, que te enfoque en la correcta ejecución de peso muerto, para así poder aprovechar al máximo los beneficios y sobre todo debes evitar lesiones

5.- MEJORA Y FORTALECE EL SISTEMA RESPIRATORIO
Hacer peso muerto, de forma esporádica no rendirá beneficios, pero si se realiza la ejecución correcta, no solo los músculos se podrán tonificar y construir músculos, sino que también el sistema respiratorio y cardiovascular se verá beneficiado. Por lo que debes entrenar de manera disciplinada para poder disfrutar de estos beneficios.




6.- AGRANDA Y FORTALECE TUS GLUTEOS
Sin duda, una de las razones para hacer peso muerto si se busca fortalecer esta parte del cuerpo. Aunque hay variaciones si se realiza peso muerto con piernas rígidas, movimientos en cuclillas. Contraer los glúteos ayudará en su fortalecimiento.

7.- AGRANDE Y FORTALECE TUS PIERNAS
Una de las razones principales por las que se debe hacer peso muerto, es si se busca el fortalecimiento de los músculos de las piernas, se benefician los músculos anteriores y posteriores de tus muslos. Si se realiza extensión de rodillas los cuádriceps se trabajarán.

8.- ES UN EJERCICIO SEGURO Y COMPLEJO
Pese a los rumores o mala fama que puede tener el peso muerto, este tipo de ejercicio es muy completo, se trabaja prácticamente todo el cuerpo, por ello, se le considera uno de los tres básicos de entrenamiento ya que se ha visto que mejora la fuerza en la zona lumbar, glúteos, músculos, etc. al tratarse de un ejercicio completo, es una buena razón para perderle miedo y comenzar a incluirlo en el entrenamiento. Elige una buena técnica.


9.- FORTALECE TU ESPALDA
Una buena razón para hacer peso muerto se tenga o no problemas de espalda, es sin duda, los beneficios que se tendrán al fortalecer la espalda. Haciendo la técnica con movimientos de cadera hacia adelante y contracción de músculos evitará tensionar la zona lumbar y se podrá fortalecer esta zona, conforme se vaya practicando.

10. MAS CAPAS DE MUSCULO
Si quieres verte como un culturista, o un tipo que quiere ser musculoso, muy pocos ejercicios pueden añadir capas de músculo duro como el granito a su cuerpo, como el peso muerto.
